Outreach-Activities

The future depends on the curiosity of the next generation. That is why we enjoy working with schools and offer a range of outreach activities.

Please note that our services may be limited depending on current capacity.

Laboratory Tours

Teachers who are interested in a guided tour with their school class should please send us (Michael Kubala) a brief email. 
During a guided tour, visitors can, for example, view their own samples at the SEM. Due to laboratory capacity constraints, the maximum number of participants per tour is limited to 5 people. A guided tour lasts an average of two hours.

Measuring Possibilities for Pupils

We are happy to make our equipment available free of charge for school projects or VWA projects. In such cases, there are no hourly rates for the measuring equipment or the operator. Any costs for consumables may also be waived, depending on the scope of the measurement series. The teacher in charge will provide guidance on the analysis and interpretation of the measurement results.

Internships

Due to the nature of our service and the lack of suitable work, we are unfortunately unable to offer internships to pupils.
